Research interests: risk management and insurance, consumer behaviour, decision making, models for consumer behaviour in insurance services; business process management; service industry, service marketing; European and Asian socio-economic and cultural values.

Background: Aurelija Ulbinaite is an Associate Professor at Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics, Business Department, from where she received her PhD degree in Management and Administration, Social Science, in 2012. Since 2013, she is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Young Researchers. Her teaching curriculum involves Business Diagnostics, International Trade of Service, Business Operation Seminar, Insurance Process Management and Business Integrational Processes. She has participated in research projects funded by Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan's Ministry of Education, and the Estonian Institute.
