Background: Andrius Puksas is doctor of law, head of Law and Public Procurement Office at Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius, Lithuania (formerly head of Social Innovations Doctoral School at the same higher education institution). He is a member of the Lithuanian Radio and Television Council, the director of the Institute of the Lithuanian Scientific Society. He also is a member of the Council at Lithuanian Society of Young Researchers and Lithuanian Scientific Society.
